The Kitchen, shower and toilets are shared by the guests.
The use of kitchen and shower are available until 0am.
The boiler will be turned off during the night. Please recall to the staff inorder to take a hot shower first in the morning.
Japanese style toilet on the 1st floor, and a standard toilet on the 2nd floor available. We dare you to use the crowching japanese style toilet on the 1st floor :)
Internet access available 24 hours.
Drinks available at all time, help yourself. (coffee, tea, water)
Laundry. (washing machine available 9am - 12pm, 3pm - 6pm)
Air conditioning and heaters in all rooms.
Car parking space available up to 2 vehicals.

A smoking section is provided in the 1st floor.

-Breakfast not included.
-There is an extra 1000yen fee from the use of more than 4 vehicals at the parking space within the same guests or group.
